How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@breitenmode.com before sending the product back.
Please include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return (optional)
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, or functioning, a value reduction may apply, as permitted under EU law.
Non-returnable items (for hygiene reasons):
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Cosmetics or personal care items once opened
These items may only be returned if defective.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect your returned goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for your purchase.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees may only be refunded if the entire order is returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention it in your return email.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
